Regular plans

• A regular plan books the same service at the same address every 2 weeks or every month.
• You pay per visit, after you have signed the visit off. There is no upfront payment.
• The plan saving (currently 10% every 2 weeks, 5% monthly) comes off the price of each visit. The price of each visit is based on our price list at the time the visit is booked.
• Your first visit gets either the plan saving or a first-job discount, whichever is higher – not both.
• You can pause or cancel anytime using the link in your booking confirmation. No login is needed and there is no fee. Visits that have not started are cancelled with it.
• Winter break: no plan visits are booked from December to February. Your plan continues automatically in March.
• Visits are booked about 14 days in advance.
